Granicera Citrico – An innovative Mexican gin that bridges tradition and modernity, distilled with botanicals that complement and enhance the natural citrus character of agave.
Saturday: Tequila Aldetete with the Founder

Meet the founder of Tequila Aldetete (NOM 1414) and taste through their exceptional lineup. This boutique tequila is crafted in the highlands of Jalisco, emphasizing traditional methods and terroir-driven expressions. A rare opportunity to learn directly from the visionary behind this craft brand and discover what sets their small-batch tequilas apart.
Sunday: DIXEEBE Mezcal & El Buho Tasting

Explore the world of artisanal mezcal with two distinctive producers:
DIXEEBE – A sustainability-focused mezcal from Oaxaca that honors traditional production while supporting local communities and environmental conservation.
El Buho – Known for their commitment to wild agave conservation and single-village productions, El Buho creates mezcals that capture the essence of specific terroirs and maestro mezcaleros’ craft.
