Founded in 1988, the Bernal Heights Democratic Club (BHDC) is a chartered Democratic club organized to give the residents of Bernal Heights an effective voice in government through active participation in the electoral process. The club aims to research issues and candidates to educate and mobilize the community through political activities, including community forums and slate card development and distribution.
