Friday, May 1: Tres Tiempos Tequila & Amateco Mezcal – The festivities continue on Friday, May 1, from 3 PM to 8 PM. This event features Tres Tiempos, known for its refined agave profile, and Amateco Mezcal, which highlights traditional, artisanal production methods. It is an ideal session for those looking to compare the distinct characteristics of tequila and mezcal in a relaxed environment.
Saturday, May 2: Calave California Agave Spirits – From 3 PM to 6 PM, the focus shifts to a local innovation: Calave. This tasting explores agave spirits grown and distilled in California. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn how the Golden State’s terroir influences the flavor profile of these spirits while maintaining traditional distillation techniques.
