Friday, May 29th (5–8 PM) | Enelalma Tequila with Oscar Vazquez
Kick off your weekend with a true heavy hitter in the world of agave. We are honored to host Master Distiller Oscar Vazquez for an exclusive tasting of Enelalma Tequila.
Oscar Vazquez is a name synonymous with technical mastery and traditional integrity. With a background in chemistry and a decade-long legacy at the iconic El Pandillo distillery, Oscar has poured his expertise into Enelalma—a “Single Estate” highland tequila that is strictly additive-free.

Saturday, May 30th (3–6 PM) | Condesa Gin: The Spirit of CDMX
On Saturday, we shift gears from the agave fields to the botanical gardens of Mexico City. Join us as we pour Condesa Gin, a spirit that captures the soul of Mexico City’s iconic La Condesa neighborhood.
Crafted by an all-female distilling team led by Maestra Destiladora Hillhamn Salome, Condesa Gin is inspired by traditional curandera healing rituals. These are not your standard London Dries—they are floral, meditative, and uniquely Mexican.
The Lineup:
Condesa Clásica: An earthy, herbaceous blend featuring Palo Santo, White Sage, and Myrrh.
Prickly Pear & Orange Blossom: A bright, crisp expression featuring Xoconostle (cactus fruit) and lime—perfect for your summer G&Ts.
