When: Friday, June 26th | 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
The Details: Explore the booming, highly acclaimed world of Mexican viticulture. They’ll be pouring a stunning selection of bottles that showcase the incredible versatility and bold flavors of Mexico’s premier wine regions.
What They are Pouring:

- Viñas Pijoan ‘Silvana’ (Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California) – A beautifully balanced, aromatic white blend with gorgeous texture.
- Torre de Tierra Tempranillo / Cabernet Sauvignon (Dolores Hidalgo, Guanajuato) – A rich, expressive red offering deep fruit layers and structural elegance.
Salvadores Mezcal Tasting
When: Saturday, June 27th | 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
The Details: Dive deep into the world of traditional agave spirits with Salvadores Mezcal. Rooted in Tlacolula de Matamoros, Oaxaca, the family behind Salvadores uses ancestral, time-honored techniques—including slow earthen pit roasting, tahona wheel crushing, and double distillation in copper alembic stills.
