Kick off your weekend with a deep dive into the “Grand Cru” of tequila regions. We are thrilled to host Tequila Alderete for an evening dedicated to the bright, floral, and sophisticated spirits of the Jalisco Highlands.
Alderete is a masterclass in terroir. By using estate-grown agave from high-elevation red clay soils, they produce a spirit that is naturally sweeter and more complex than your average pour. Whether you prefer the crisp, citrusy snap of a Blanco or the rich, buttery finish of a long-aged Añejo, this tasting will change how you view premium tequila.
The Tasting Lineup
Explore the full evolution of the agave plant through Alderete’s core expressions:
Alderete Blanco: Pure, unaged agave. Notes of fresh citrus, green pepper, and a clean, stony minerality.
Alderete Reposado: Softened by oak. Expect whispers of vanilla and light honey, with the agave front and center.
Alderete Añejo: The pinnacle of the line. Deep, sophisticated notes of toasted oak, dried fruit, and a silky-smooth finish.
