You’ll make your own jar of carrot pickles and sauerkraut to take home and ferment. \nPlease bring a cutting board and a knife. This workshop will be held in the outdoor kitchen. Please wear layers and sun protection. \nMei Ling Hui leads SF RPD’s community garden and urban farm programming\, and has been volunteering as a Master Food Preserver since 2014. She has taught workshops all over the Bay Area\, including at the San Mateo County Fair and Maker Faire.
