After 45 minutes of “play and train” fun\, you’ll witness your pup nap soundly in their crate for the rest of the day – we have a feeling you’ll be signing up weekly! \nExpert Supervision\nAll sessions are supervised by Stephanie Miller\, certified dog trainer and co-founder of SF PUPPY PREP (established 2003). She ensures play is appropriate\, and she interrupts and encourages as needed to maximize your pup’s socialization experience. \nSteph has been helping dogs and their humans live happier lives for over 25 years. Learn about pond ecology and support habitat restoration for the red-winged blackbird\, tule reeds\, and more. The pond workday will include a discussion of pond ecology\, the importance of water sources on organic farms\, management strategies\, and creating plant and animal diversity. Bring your hip waders or rain boots\, if you have them (a few will be provided)\, gloves\, snacks\, and join us in getting your hands wet! \nInstructor: Brett Stephens\nBrett Stephens is the owner/project manager of San Francisco Landscapes. He is a certified permaculture designer\, a Bay-Friendly professional\, an ARCSA-accredited professional\, and a long-time volunteer at Alemany Farm. \nFriends of Alemany Farm\nFriends of Alemany Farm promotes food security and educates local residents on how to become their own food producers.
